3. Donations
- All donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable
- Tax-deductible under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961
- 80G certificates issued within 30 days
- CSR donations welcome - contact us for documentation
4. Volunteer Terms
- Volunteers must be 18+ years old
- Certificates issued after minimum 10 hours of verified service
- Volunteers must maintain beneficiary confidentiality
5. Website Use
No unlawful use. No unauthorized access. No reproduction of content without permission. SPF logo and name are trademarked.
6. Governing Law
Governed by laws of India. Disputes subject to jurisdiction of courts in Vasai East, Thane, Maharashtra.
